COVID-19 is a new illness. It is the policy of the Empir3 Cleaning Solutions that we follow all public health advice, safety and social distance measures. Our service providers and cleaners are permitted to work in customer’s homes/offices during the lockdown period following government rules.

As a cleaning company, we continue to provide essential cleaning services for those individuals and organizations who need them in these difficult times. All our cleaners and service providers are strictly following the COVID-19 healthcare guidelines, set out by the NHS and Public Health England.

Safety measures for clients and cleaners:

• Cleaners must not clean if anyone in their household has symptoms.
• Clients must not allow cleaning if anyone in their household has symptoms.
• Clients must stay in a different room from the cleaners.
• The social distancing must be maintained at all times.
• Cleaners must wear PPE at all times.
• We recommend keeping indoor work areas well ventilated.
